The Fizik Teampo Overcurve R4 is a versatile road cycling shoe that is fast and easy to put on. With its asymmetrical Overcurve upper, moderately stiff R4 sole, and single Boa® closure, it is designed to fit a wide range of cyclists. This shoe has been created to offer a sleek and timeless look: the classic considerations of a road shoe have been redefined with a distinct Fizik identity and a sleek construction that conforms to the shape. Iridescent options add a new twist to that style. The Overcurve shoe construction features a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, tracing the natural misalignment of the two bony protrusions of the ankle: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the shoe's throat curving over the foot from its outer side to the inner side.
The closure is fast and secure, with a single micro-adjustable Boa® IP1-B dial. The new moderately stiff R4 sole - infused with 15% carbon fiber - creates a balance between comfort and pedaling efficiency, making it a true all-rounder. It also provides efficient ventilation and internal channeling for temperature management and features cleat positioning suitable for aggressive aerodynamic positions.
